Electric Start

This sawmill is equipped with an electric-start engine, which has excellent performance, reliable quality and can be used for a long time.

Adjustable Cutting Thickness

The handle rotates through 23 locking locations ensuring precise and consistent control. The cutting thickness can be adjusted by rotating the handle to choose the right board for you, and the maximum thickness of the board can be cut up to 7’’.

Maximum Log Diameter

This sawmill can cut a variety of logs, and can cut logs with a maximum log diameter of 36”.

Emergency Stop Button

There is an emergency stop button on the top of the log, which can stop the machine at any time in an emergency.

Maximum Cutting Width

According to the diameter of the log, the cutting width of the log can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the saw blade. The maximum cutting width is 35’’.

Throttle Handle

You can control the cutting speed by pushing this handle, and you can speed up or slow down at any time, making the wood cutting process fast and efficient, and reducing the number of steps required to meet your cutting requirements for wood boards.

Saw Blade

The saw blade made of carbonized steel is very strong, with dimensions of 175*1.3*0.04’’, and the rotation speed can be as high as 787’’ per second, which can ensure smooth and stable cutting while reducing wood chips and increasing the amount of wood.

Spiral Log Clamp

The track features easy-to-use spiral log clamps to hold logs securely while milling.

Cutting Length

The logs are equipped with a 194” standard log track, and you can purchase a 78” extension track at MechMaxx according to your needs.
